Clear Ear Glasgow Limited offer full ear assessment and removal of ear wax by irrigation from the comfort of your own home.

How to Make a Complaint:

A complaint can be made by;

Once a complaint is received it is recorded and stored in a locked file on work laptop.

An acknowledgement of the complaint will be sent within 7 days.

A full investigation and findings will be sent within 28 days.

All service users can be signposted to the healthcare regulator and will be made aware of this within the correspondence. They will be informed that they can complain to Healthcare Improvement Scotland at any time.
